Exceptional hand-made tea from Taiwan. Extremely aromatic with a lovely, sweet, lilac character and silky texture.

Pouchong from Northern Taiwan.
Pouchongs are a sub-category of oolongs. They tend to be a very light oolong with some sweetness to the cup and often with an incredible floral element to the flavor. They tend to be somewhat rare, and an exceptional pouchong is a treat you shouldn't deny yourself.
Hot tea brewing method:
Bring freshly drawn cold water to about 190-200 degrees—not quite a rolling boil. Use 1 rounded teaspoons of tea for each cup into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the flavor). Pour into your cup. Milk or sugar is not generally added to the cup. You may resteep this several times.
